How to apply online

The UA Grade School is now accepting applicants for the Academic Year 2025-2026 from Preschool to Grade 6.

Here are the steps and clickable links that will assist you in the application process:

STEP 1: Accomplish the Online Application Form

and pay Php400.00 application free at the UA Cashier or Via GCash QR Code

Step 2:

For online applicants, please submit the admission requirements at gsgao@ua.edu.ph

Admission Requirements

• Scanned copy of birth certificate
• Scanned copy of report card (for pupils with school background)
• Scanned copy of good moral certificate (for pupils with school background)
• 2 pcs. 2x2 latest photos
• Proof of pyament (testing fee)

Note: Kindly check the status of your application and applicant's assessment schedule in the email address you provided.

STEP 3: Take the Assessment on the Scheduled Date at the UAGS GAO Testing Room

Step 4:

Acceptance letters will be issued to qualified applicants, who may then enroll on the official enrollment dates.

Walk-In Applicants

The UAGS Guidance & Admissions Office accommotdates walk-in applicants with complete admission requirements every:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
From 7:45AM to 11:45AM.
