UAJHS ONLINE AND WALK-IN ADMISSION IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICANTS FOR AY 2025-2026

STEP 1:  Accomplish the application form (bit.ly/UAJHSADMISSIONS2526), and pay the Application Fee of Php 300.00.

APPLICATION FEE IS WAIVED FOR UAGS GRADUATES.

MODES OF PAYMENT (for the Application Fee of P300.00):

1. UA Cashier - Over the Counter (MWF, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
   2nd Floor of Ryan Building
2. GCash

STEP 2:  Submit the Admission Requirements at jhs.guidance@ua.edu.ph

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (for non-UAGS)

• Scanned/ Clear Copy of Latest Grades
• Scanned/ Clear Copy of Good Moral Certificate
• Scanned Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Recent 2x2 ID Picture (White Background with Name Tag)
• Copy of the proof of payment (Application Fee)

FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 FROM UAGS

PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

• Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
• 2 copies of 2X2 pictures with name tag - white background at jhs.guidance@ua.edu.ph .

FOR TRANSFEREES (GRADES 8 AND 9):

• Must have at least a general average of 85

Kindly indicate your complete name and grade level in the email subject. (Example: DELA CRUZ, JUAN - GRADE 7 APPLICANT)

*For walk-in applicants, get the application form at the UAJHS Guidance Office.

** ORIGINAL HARD COPIES of the requirements are to be submitted during the enrollment.

STEP 3:  The response to your application will be sent via email. Take the entrance examination and have the interview on the scheduled date.

For online applicants, submit hard copies of the requirements on the scheduled date of the entrance examination.
