  1. Welcome to UA!
  2. Please confirm your slot QUICK! Pay the NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE/PARTIAL INITIAL PAYMENT of P1,000.00 on the date above to the Cashier at the Finance Office on the 2nd floor of Ryan Building.
  3. FAILURE TO PAY THE RESERVATION FEE MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ADMISSION.
    Applicants may be put in the roll of waitlisted.
  4. Secure your Enrolment Permit from the Cashier upon payment of reservation fee.
  5. Please prepare the requirements for enrolment before the scheduled enrolment dates.
  6. THOSE WHO QUALIFIED TO TAKE BS NURSING AND BS PHARMACY must see the Dean of the College of Nursing for interview and physical and medical examination as scheduled by the Guidance and Admissions Office.
  7. TRANSFEREES must immediately submit their TRANSFER CREDENTIALS (Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer and True Copy of Grades).
